As a key member of our Commercial Operations team, you will validate trucking movements, confirm transactions, and maintain data quality across Canadian and US terminals. The position supports high-quality customer service and accuracy in balancing procedures while you contribute your analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and validate trucking movements at terminals
• Confirm month-end volumetric transactions with partners
• Prepare over/shorts reports and input data accurately




• Support regulatory reporting for government bodies
• Maintain analysis of quality data for equalization
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Business or related field
• 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of Synthesis application system is an asset
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
• Ability to analyze data and solve problems promptly
