Partnering with stakeholders, you will define hiring needs and implement targeted sourcing strategies. This role demands expertise in full-cycle recruitment, especially within qualified services and diverse industry sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Champion an engaging candidate experience as a brand ambassador
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for diverse roles




• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define hiring strategies
• Source, screen, and interview candidates effectively
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future needs
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years in full-cycle recruitment experience
• Proven success in recruiting across multiple sectors
• Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean and AI tools
• Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Lever
