- Receive and storage of daily produce shipments
- Stock and rotate fresh fruit and vegetables. Ensuring all produce is fresh and protected to eat
- Follow health regulations and safety standards
- Prepare and packaging produce for sale
- Rotate products and goods according to the company’s instructions
- Assist the department manager in shipping and receiving documents
- Communicate with suppliers, truck drivers and other stakeholders as required
- Remove produce that shows signs of spoilage
