Sales Representative: Reliable Maintenance Products

Sudbury / Northeastern Ontario | Full-Time, Permanent | $50,000 to $60,000 to start, $100,000+ potential (Base + Uncapped Commission)

You'll start with a base salary of $50,000 to $60,000 plus uncapped commission. Every account you win keeps ordering month after month, and you earn commission on all of it, so your income grows as your customer base grows. Our established reps earn well over $100,000 a year.

The Role

You'll own a territory and grow it. That means winning new accounts, deepening relationships with existing customers, and becoming the person local businesses trust for everything from floor care to full facility maintenance programs.

Your day-to-day:

- Hunt for new business through cold calls, inbound inquiries, and online leads, selling during peak hours and handling account maintenance during quieter ones
- Build customized proposals that win accounts and grow order volume
- Develop your accounts: sales volume, product mix, shelf space, and service
- Deliver the kind of service that makes customers customers-for-life
- Work hand-in-hand with our delivery team so your accounts are always taken care of
- Keep an eye on the competition and report what you're seeing in the field
- Track your prospects and pipeline,



and keep your paperwork tight

What you'll need:

- Post-secondary education
- Valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong presentation and communication skills

Nice to have (but we'll train the right person):

- 1 to 2 years of direct, fact-based selling experience
- Background in cleaning services or maintenance products
