Duties

- Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation
- Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features, benefits, and technical specifications
- Assist customers with product selection, upselling complementary items to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and promote featured products
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and clarity
- Support inventory management tasks such as stock replenishment, product labeling,



and organizing merchandise
- Educate customers on product usage, technical details, and warranty options to enhance their purchase experience

Qualifications

- Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex product features clearly
- Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and merchandising standards
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, lifting merchandise, and organizing displays
- Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
