As a Sales Consultant at Campus Honda Victoria, you will play a key role in driving dealership success by managing customer relationships, generating sales opportunities, and delivering a professional buying experience from initial contact through vehicle delivery.

Your responsibilities will include: Proactively engaging with customers and creating opportunities through showroom traffic, inbound leads,



and follow-up activities

Building and maintaining a robust customer base through exceptional relationship management

Identifying customer needs and presenting tailored Honda vehicle solutions

Demonstrating vehicles and highlighting features, benefits, and technology

Managing the complete sales process, including negotiations, trade evaluations, and deal progression

Collaborating with Sales Managers and Finance Specialists to structure successful transactions

Maintaining accurate customer records and sales activities using dealership CRM systems

Staying informed on Honda products, market conditions, and industry trends

Delivering a high level of professionalism before, during, and after every sale The ideal candidate understands that automotive sales is built on trust, consistency, and follow-through. You are someone who takes ownership of your results and enjoys helping customers make important purchasing decisions.

What You Bring

Proven experience in automotive sales, retail sales, or a customer-focused sales environment preferred

Strong closing skills and the ability to confidently guide customers through purchasing decisions

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities A self-motivated mindset with a desire to achieve and exceed targets





Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities at once

Professional presentation and a commitment to delivering exceptional service

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
