Responsibilities

- Manage cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) transactions, and basic math calculations accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure product availability on the sales floor
- Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with diverse customers, including bilingual or multilingual clients
- Manage time efficiently to prioritize tasks, handle multiple customers simultaneously, and meet sales goals
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical products clearly
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base
- Demonstrated proficiency in cash handling, cashiering, POS systems, and basic math skills
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and stock management
- Customer service experience that highlights patience, active listening, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
