In this role, you will work closely with technical services and product management teams to provide high-quality after-sales support. With a strong HVAC-R background and 5 to 10 years of experience, you will assist in training sessions and resolving technical issues for customers. Your contributions will be pivotal in supporting both partners and the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide tech support for HVAC-R factory partner brands
• Troubleshoot equipment via phone and video assistance




• Assist in processing technical labor and material claims
• Conduct start-ups for HVAC and VRF systems
• Deliver technical training as outlined

Requirements:
• 5 to 10 years of HVAC-R field experience required
• Diploma in HVAC-R or related technical field
• Robust problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret schematics
• Valid driver’s license
