Early Years Family Resource Centre Coordinator
The Regina EYFRC is a universal and primary prevention‑based model of service delivery, inclusive of a space where all families can play, interact and learn together while having access to quality programs and services which enhance child development and caregiver well‑being. The Coordinator should be independent, communicative, and respectful.
Responsibilities
Support staff and families effectively.
Coordinate the programming and monthly calendar.
Participate in internal and external partnerships, meetings and initiatives.
Manage the budget, strategic plan and expenditures.
Plan and implement programs.
Compile regular statistical and programming reports.
Communicate effectively and use a professional approach with stakeholders; develop a reputation as a trusted source of information for families.
Model and embrace inclusive practices and acceptance of diversity (culture, abilities, family structure, language) for any person attending the Centre.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Competent with computers and A/V equipment.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Early Childhood Education, Social Work or related field).
3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
Early Childhood Education Diploma or Bachelor of Social Work.
Experience with mentoring and employee development.
A valid drivers licence and a secure, reliable vehicle.
A clear criminal record check and vulnerable sector check.
