As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency, and experience the entire business life cycle of a private company from inception to growth, maturity and transition.
Responsibilities Help develop corporate restructuring plans, tax planning and tax strategies that meet client needs.
Be involved in business sales, mergers and acquisitions.
Liaise with the various stakeholders involved in a file (the client, lawyers, accountants, the internal team, etc.).
Conduct and document tax analyses.
Share technical knowledge and experience with other team members at all levels.
Carry out special Canadian tax projects such as corporate reorganizations, trust and estate planning, sales transactions.
Qualifications Master’s degree in Tax or CPA Levels I, II,



III.
In-depth Tax Course, either in progress or complete.
Relevant experience in an accounting firm, law firm, or other relevant organization.
Fluency in English and French.
Robust customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
Team spirit, curiosity, leadership, rigor, professional approach, adaptability, openness to innovation.
Benefits The salary range for this position is $56,200 - $93,700, adjusted for location. Eligible employees may participate in variable incentive pay programs that reward individual and firm-wide achievements.
