As an Implementation Specialist, you will lead professional services engagements with our clients and partners, including implementations, training, conversions, data setup and other billable services. Through needs assessment and detailed project planning, the Implementation Specialist will develop solid business partnerships with customers by functioning as a system expert, successfully onboarding clients and completing projects on-time and within budget.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:Implement a coordinated project plan to manage successful client implementations, conversions and other professional service engagements across the Lone Wolf platform suiteProvide product training, pre-sales and post-sales application related activities and escalated application support in accordance with internal guidelines and policies for the Lone Wolf platform suitePerform thorough needs assessments and requirements gathering activitiesProvide regular internal and external status updates highlighting accomplishments and risksWork directly with key client leads to provide expertise around software configurationUse expertise of Lone Wolf software and customer environments to consult agencies on best practicesWork closely with the Business Solutions Consultant team to ensure a smooth transition from implementation to feature adoption and utilizationProvide clear guidance around data extracts from the Lone Wolf application so clients can take advantage of third-party APIsTrack project work to ensure implementations are progressing on-time and within budgetMaintain a comprehensive understanding of in-progress product development, product vision and Lone Wolf directionParticipate in internal UAT activities as requiredMaintain a good knowledge of the real estate industry and trends within the industryREQUIREMENTS:A degree in Advertising, Accounting, Business or a related fieldExceptional project planning skills and ability to multi-taskProven track record in providing in-house and remote trainingProven ability to meet and exceed service standards and KPIsDemonstrated ability to successfully and independently manage multiple projects and resolve issuesExcellent written and verbal communication skills; excellent presentation skillsOutstanding client relationship skillsExperience working with Product and QA to troubleshoot, test and improve productsPrior experience with agency systems or related software/applications preferredQUALIFICATIONS:EDUCATION: A degree in Advertising, Accounting, Business or a related field.EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years of experience in client services, training, or consulting.$55,000 - $60,000 a year#J-18808-Ljbffr
