Together, we are proud to support 30 million Canadians each month through a robust portfolio that champions leading‑edge technology and drives large‑scale, complex, high‑visibility projects shaping the future of technology in Canada.

Who we’re looking for
A talented individual to join the Technology team supporting the SVP, Technology Strategy, Innovation & Partnerships, providing advanced, highly diversified, confidential executive and administrative assistance while exercising initiative and judgment on a regular basis. The role also involves project coordination of the Government of Canada radio spectrum auctions, requiring strong coordination, project management, financial administration skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

What you’ll do

Use advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to compose correspondence, reports and presentations; experience with Microsoft Project is a plus.

Provide executive administrative support to the SVP and other executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, invoicing and budget tracking.

Project coordination of spectrum auctions, managing internal and external resources, financial and human resources tracking, supplier ordering and procurement assistance via Rogers procurement, and logistical support before, during and after auctions.

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations and other documents as required.

Proactively deal with ambiguity and handle changing and competing priorities (e.g., ad‑hoc business requests).

Coordinate with external clients for meetings, calls and special events.

Maintain departmental daily operational workflow, including responding to internal and external inquiries/requests.

Handle highly sensitive and confidential matters.

Manage miscellaneous department purchases and general office needs.

Support financial management – invoicing, budgets, timekeeper, vacations and related needs.

What you bring

Ability to work independently as well as in a team and cross‑functional matrix environment with resources that are not direct reports and within a shifting, often unstructured environment.

A high level of attention to detail, accuracy and follow‑up.

Comfortable and trustworthy handling of confidential information and complex situations.

Comfortable with technology and working in a technology‑focused team.

Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.

3+ years of experience in spectrum coordination or RF planning.

2+ years of experience in executive or administrative support.

Experience with project management or coordinating complex projects.

Familiarity with spectrum management tools and regulatory frameworks.

Depth and breadth of administrative or business‑related experience supporting senior management executives.

Advanced technical competence with MS Office – Word, PowerPoint, Excel and e‑mail; experience with Microsoft Project is a plus.

Willing to work flexible hours to meet challenging and changing deadlines.

What’s in it for you
