Support TransLink as a Confidential Assistant, delivering essential administrative and clerical services in a hybrid work setting. Contribute to various departments while ensuring confidentiality in all tasks.

In this full-time temporary role, you will leverage your 2 years of administrative experience to manage communications, schedule key meetings, and oversee budget-related tasks. Strong analytical skills will enable you to efficiently maintain filing systems, update databases, and compile reports. Your interpersonal skills will facilitate smooth interactions across different levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and proofread confidential documents and reports
• Field incoming calls and provide relevant information
• Organize departmental files and ensure accuracy




• Coordinate travel and meeting logistics for staff
• Process invoices and monitor department expenditures

Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 and office administration courses
• 2 years in an administrative role focused on confidentiality
• Robust written and verbal communication skills
• Basic understanding of accounting for budget monitoring
• Mastery of all office software, including spreadsheets
