Overview The Site Superintendent coordinates the oversight of all trades, manages daily on‑site activities, and ensures the project construction complies with plans, specifications, and mandatory codes.
Responsibilities Supervise trades and manage daily on‑site activity schedules.
Ensure construction is performed according to mandatory plans, specifications and mandatory building codes.
Coordinate subcontractors, materials and equipment.
Enforce mandatory safety program compliance.
Monitor adherence to mandatory specifications and standards.
Guarantee work proceeds on schedule and within the established budget.
Perform scheduling, mandatory inspections, mandatory quality control and mandatory job‑site safety duties.
Execute miscellaneous duties that improve work flow and job‑site performance.
