In this position, you'll execute medication reviews, counsel patients on medications, and supervise pharmacy students. Key Responsibilities:
• Offer clinical services and chronic disease management
• Administer immunizations and monitor medication effectiveness

Requirements:
• Licensed and in positive standing with BC College of Pharmacists
• Injection certification is mandatory
