We need a leader who has an engineering background, solid project management skills, and thrives under the healthy pressure of client‑facing timelines and revenue‑linked milestones
As a hands‑on leader, you will be responsible for the execution and delivery of key projects, ensuring your team produces high‑quality, scalable, and robust software solutions
You will work closely with partner banks, product teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth, secure, and timely platform integrations
You manage client‑facing expectations, navigate shifting bank requirements, and ensure we meet revenue‑impacting integration deadlines

Qualifications Experience with Java, Spring Framework, and microservices architecture
Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects and owning product or platform features
Previous experience in FinTech, payments, or with accounting/ERP systems is a strong asset
Experience with relational and non‑relational databases
A relevant Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of total industry experience
Experience with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ, Kafka
A growth mindset with a passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing engineering talent
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with product managers, stakeholders, and other cross‑functional partners
Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, managing a team of 4-8 engineers
