What You'll Do

• Partner with leaders and managers on employee relations, performance management, talent development, compensation, and engagement initiatives

• Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning activities

• Provide guidance on policies, employment legislation, and HR best practices

• Support HR analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making

• Drive process improvements, HR projects, and change management initiatives

• Foster a positive, high-performing workplace culture

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in an HRBP, HR Advisor, or HR Generalist role





• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices

• Experience supporting multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment

• CPHR or SHRM-CP designation preferred

• Strong business acumen and relationship-building skills

• Experience with HRIS (Bamboo HR), ATS, and payroll systems
