Senior Application Support Analyst/ Lead to provide AVEVA Commercial Advisor support

Our enterprise Oil & Gas industry client is seeking aSenior Application Support Analyst/ Lead to provide AVEVA Commercial Advisor support.

This is an initial 1-year contract with a strong possibility of extension or conversion into a full-time employee position. The successful candidate will be local to Calgary and aligned with working 5 days per week onsite.

Must-Haves:

- Robust hands-on AVEVA Commercial Advisor experience
- AVEVA configuration and administration skills
- Experience providing technical/application support
- Ability to work directly with business stakeholders
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Haves:

- Experience in a techno-functional or technical lead capacity
- Experience gathering requirements and translating them into configurations/solutions
- Experience with testing, implementations, or system enhancements
- Broader AVEVA product/ecosystem experience

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide configuration, administration, and technical support for AVEVA Commercial Advisor.
- Troubleshoot issues and support day-to-day system operations.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Support configuration changes, enhancements, testing, and deployments.
- Progress toward a techno-functional role, bridging business needs and technical solutions.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and potential technical lead for the platform.
