We’re searching for a Senior Insurance Advisor at Westland Insurance Group Ltd in Dartmouth, NS. This role involves promoting and educating clients on insurance products, managing client relationships, and expanding our presence in the local community.

Responsibilities

Promote and educate clients on insurance products.

Take ownership of client relationships.

Help grow our presence and profile in the local community.

Deliver superior customer service that promotes client retention.

Uncover clients’ business challenges, advocate for their needs, and provide recommendations.

Assist clients with their insurance needs by applying knowledge of underwriting principles.

Qualifications

Track record of achieving sales targets.

Strong aptitude for building authentic client relationships.

Excellent time‑management skills, prioritizing workload, upholding confidentiality and discretion.

Insurance broker Level 1 license or working towards CAIB/CIP (financial support provided).
