Job Description
We are seeking a team-oriented Software Integration Team Leader to oversee our software applications and system integration efforts. You will be responsible for ensuring that our hardware and software work together seamlessly across all product lines. As a leader, you will manage a team of engineers and testers, defining the communication protocols that allow our systems to function as a unified ecosystem.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or Computer Engineering.

5+ years of qualified experience in software development and integration.

Proven leadership experience managing engineers and testing teams.

Strong understanding of communication protocols (APIs, I2C, SPI, MQTT, etc.).

Excellent project management and cross‑departmental coordination skills.

Responsibilities





Manage and mentor software engineers and quality assurance testers.

Define and maintain interface protocols for hardware‑software communication.

Coordinate with the QA department to validate system‑level functionality.

Oversee the software release cycle and integration roadmaps.

Ensure software architecture aligns with long‑term hardware production goals.
