Responsibilities
Process and verify accounts payable transactions using Soluno accounting software.
Data entry pertaining to accounting/bookkeeping records
Facilitation of online banking activity for multiple areas of law

Experience
Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounts payable roles within a professional setting




Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices is required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and vendors
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
Law Firm experience is considered a strong asset.
