Shifts Available: Morning and Afternoon

Job Summary

We are hiring a dependable Sanitation Worker to maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic work environment at our facility in Markham. The successful candidate will follow established sanitation procedures, workplace safety requirements, and cleaning schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Clean and sanitize production areas, equipment, floors, walls, and common areas
- Safely use cleaning chemicals and sanitation equipment
- Remove waste and dispose of materials according to procedures
- Complete assigned cleaning schedules and sanitation records
- Identify and report safety, maintenance, or sanitation concerns
- Follow health and safety policies and wear required PPE
- Perform other general cleaning duties as assigned

Qualifications





- Previous sanitation, industrial cleaning, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is an asset
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive tasks
- Comfortable working around cleaning chemicals and in wet or changing-temperature environments
- Able to follow verbal and written instructions
- Reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail
- Available to work morning or afternoon shifts, including weekends or overtime when required
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
