J.D. Irving Limited's Woodlands Division, located in Saint-Leonard, is seeking a reliable and motivated individual to fill a Scale Attendant (Casual On-Call) position.

Responsibilities In this role, you will contribute to the productive operation of the site by:

- Managing data entry and spreadsheets
- Contributing to the site's safety management system
- Monitoring and supporting site security activities
- Serving as a liaison between internal security teams and site operations
- Performing various administrative tasks to support daily operations

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:





- Has a high school diploma or trade certificate
- Has approximately 2 years of experience in an administrative environment
- Possesses strong communication and leadership skills
- Can work effectively in a dynamic and evolving environment with minimal supervision
- Demonstrates initiative and a strong work ethic
- Has excellent computer skills
- Is willing and able to work shifts in a 24/7 operation
