Responsibilities

- Monitor and control access points to ensure only authorized personnel enter the premises
- Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to observe activity and detect suspicious behavior
- Perform patrols around the facility to identify potential security breaches or hazards
- Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security checks for reporting purposes




- Implement loss prevention strategies by observing for theft or vandalism and taking appropriate action
- Enforce safety protocols and company policies consistently across all areas of responsibility

Skills

- Strong understanding of law enforcement principles and procedures
- Experience with surveillance systems, particularly CCTV operation and monitoring
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques to deter theft and protect assets
- Excellent observational skills with keen attention to detail during patrols and inspections
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while responding effectively to emergencies
- Good communication skills for clear reporting and interaction with team members and visitors
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods during shifts
