Responsibilities

- Monitor surveillance systems, including CCTV cameras, to detect suspicious activity and ensure continuous security coverage.
- Control access to buildings and designated areas by verifying credentials for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify potential security risks or breaches.
- Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency responders as necessary.
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by observing and reporting theft or vandalism attempts.
- Maintain detailed records of security activities, incidents,



and inspections through shift reports and logs.
- Enforce safety policies and procedures to promote a secure environment for all personnel.

Experience

- Prior experience in law enforcement, security services, or related fields is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with surveillance technology, including CCTV systems and monitoring protocols.
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and best practices for safeguarding assets.
- Ability to remain alert and attentive during long shifts while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
- Robust communication skills for effectively liaising with team members, emergency responders, and visitors.
- Certification in security operations or relevant training is a plus but not mandatory; ongoing training opportunities are available for development.
