Duties & Responsibilities

Minimum 5 years' experience required working on municipal water networks.

Experience in the following key aspects will be advantageous:

- Municipal water conservation demand management projects.
- Sound understanding of civil engineering construction contracts and management thereof (GCC, FIDIC Red / Yellow Book).
- Successful candidate will get exposure to large multi-year infrastructure refurbishment and upgrading projects to the value of above R1 billion rand.
- Performing various duties typically associated with the fulfilment of a project engineer position during the implementation of various bulk water supply, water network refurbishment, and water conservation demand management projects.

Desired Experience & Qualification

BSc B Eng in Civil Engineering.

- Development of technically sound deliverables associated with each stage of the project (Inception, Concept & Viability, Design Development, Documentation and Procurement, Construction Administration and Close Out).
- Managing each project in accordance with clients' Quality Management System.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
