This role focuses on reducing manual intervention through AI, while ensuring scalable and effective client support operations. Key Responsibilities:
• Build AI agents to automate labor-intensive tasks
• Develop forecasting and scheduling models for demand management

Requirements:
• 6-8 years of operational experience in WFM or contact center
