Team Lead – PAISLEY, ONTARIO
Location: Paisley, Ontario
Employment Type: Permanent | Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Work Schedule: Rotating shifts based on operational needs (6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. or 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.), with occasional overtime when required.
Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and support your team to achieve operational and project objectives.
Coordinate daily work assignments and ensure resources are effectively allocated.
Provide coaching, technical guidance, and ongoing performance feedback to employees.
Foster a positive, respectful, and collaborative team environment.
Promote CCN's values while ensuring accountability, professionalism, and operational excellence.
Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and applicable regulations.
Champion health, safety, environmental, and quality standards across all activities.
Participate in safety meetings, workplace inspections, and hazard identification initiatives.
Collaborate closely with supervisors, managers, and cross‑functional teams to support project execution.
Monitor productivity, quality, and operational performance while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Support employee onboarding, training, skill development, and workforce engagement.
Assist with workforce planning, scheduling, reporting, and operational documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering,
Nuclear Engineering, Physics, or another related technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience.
Previous leadership experience within an industrial, manufacturing, construction, technical, or nuclear environment.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
The ability to coordinate teams and effectively manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
A solid understanding of workplace health and safety requirements and best practices.
Experience leading daily operations and coordinating work crews.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills.
Strong analytical thinking, sound judgment, and decision‑making abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong working relationships with employees, management, clients, and stakeholders.
