Reporting to the Lead, ECE II, this role emphasizes academic and administrative leadership within the Early Childhood Educator program. Your responsibilities include operationalizing program standards and collaborating with industry partners for student placements. Thrive in creating an enriching environment for both students and instructors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate ongoing program evaluation and improvements
• Support curriculum updates effectively
• Monitor and report on KPIs for program success




• Conduct practicum site observations as needed
• Facilitate communication with students for support

Requirements:
• Must have ECE Level III certification
• Administrative experience in early childhood setting required
• At least three years in program management
• Solid communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to equity and cultural diversity
