Mechanic / Welder / Millwright Location: Rocanville, SK (commutable from: Moosomin, Esterhazy, Langenburg, Churchbridge, Whitewood, Russell)

Job Overview We are looking for a mechanic/welder who is interested in becoming a qualified millwright and future maintenance manager. The role involves attending breakdowns, troubleshooting, repairing mechanical equipment, and developing preventative maintenance processes.
The Role Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment.
Develop preventative maintenance planning and processes.
Work Monday to Friday under a 3‑shift pattern.
The Person Experience as a mechanic, welder, or millwright.
Background in manufacturing, industrial, or heavy engineering.
Seeking greater responsibility and the opportunity to implement own processes.
Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay $45-$55 plus overtime.
