Reporting directly to the VP of Operations, you will be instrumental in overseeing the performance and compliance of diverse building systems including HVAC and life safety. Collaboration with various teams will be key, as you conduct audits, implement corrective actions, and support capital projects. Your role will be essential in identifying risks and enhancing satisfaction across our residential communities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess performance of mechanical and structural building systems
• Conduct technical audits and site inspections




• Review and implement preventive maintenance programs
• Prepare compliance reports and follow-up actions
• Provide input for capital project planning and execution

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering field
• Minimum 5 years of related experience
• Robust understanding of building codes and safety standards
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Experience with multiple building portfolios an asset
