Responsibilities Conduct site visits and client consultations
Prepare accurate estimates for hardscape and softscape projects (retaining walls, pavers, drainage, planting, grading, etc.)
Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project execution
Mentor junior estimators and support team growth
Requirements 10+ years of landscape construction estimating experience (residential & commercial)
Robust knowledge of landscape installation methods and pricing
Client-facing experience with excellent communication skills
Experience with LMN software preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Valid driver's license
