Take the lead in Series Training at Aecon’s Shoreline Power Group in Kincardine, Ontario. This position is vital in developing tailored training solutions for the Major Component Replacement program using proven methodologies.

Reporting to the Manager of Series Training, you will be accountable for managing training initiatives from development to execution. Ensuring lessons learned and stakeholder inputs are integrated into programs will be key to enhancing workforce readiness. Your leadership will also drive quality and compliance with industry training standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the application of SAT and ADDIE for training programs
• Engage with stakeholders to identify training gaps
• Develop, review, and refine instructional materials




• Track schedules and ensure alignment with project needs
• Facilitate coordination of training logistics and resources

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field
• Experience in construction or training organization
• CANDU reactor refurbishment experience is an asset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 tools
• Solid understanding of adult learning principles
