As a Housing Circuit Rider Trainer, you'll engage with First Nations to implement housing policies and update community infrastructure plans. Your role includes establishing effective records management and robust training for staff. You'll also oversee financial management, reporting, and maintenance program development, ensuring sustainable housing solutions are prioritized.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement effective Housing policies with First Nations
• Develop and manage responsive records systems
• Facilitate Section 95/RRAP applications from start to finish
• Create budgets, track costs, and oversee housing accounts
• Design maintenance plans and conduct inspections
Requirements:
• Experience in housing governance and management
• Solid financial reporting and database skills
• Excellent training and communication abilities
• Knowledge of community infrastructure planning
• Familiarity with mold remediation processes
