Stathera, Inc. is seeking a Senior Test Development Engineer to advance ATE test solutions for MEMS-based timing products. You will work with the CSI team across ASIC and post-silicon characterization, applying hardware and software tools throughout the full product development cycle. The role reports to the VP of Systems Engineering and is a full time position, with close collaboration across OSATs, test houses, and international teams to optimize yield and testing processes.
