Primary Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate nursing services for a remote team of Field Nurses within an assigned Integrated Business Unit (IBU), overseeing day-to-day operations and driving KPI targets.
Lead a remote team of Field Nurses within an assigned geographical territory, achieving Key Performance Indicators for clinic and nursing operations, including budget and expense controls.
Monitor demand for clinic and nursing services to ensure adequate resource availability, maintaining a high level of excellence through audits of clinics and nursing protocols, and on-site visits.
Manage clinic growth opportunities, including site identification, establishing new clinic sites, and reviewing clinic and nursing reports related to staff training and compliance.
Continuously review and manage staff availability to meet the needs within the IBU, collaborating with Scheduling Associates to ensure efficient appointment scheduling (approximately 6 hours per week).
Be available to cover emergency excursions, sick/emergency calls, and clinical questions with support from the regional team as necessary.
Communicate and implement all program and departmental policies and protocols at the IBU level, reporting adverse events, serious adverse events, and product complaints in accordance with Innomar training and policies & procedures.
Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships (patients, manufacturers, etc.) within the assigned territory, including interviewing and onboarding new staff and ensuring adequate resourcing for new program launches.
Conduct ongoing performance management for all direct reports, including annual performance reviews, objective-setting, training planning, and HRIS system maintenance.
Conduct quarterly reviews of nursing staff within the IBU to ensure adherence to policies and procedures, analyzing, planning, and implementing process improvements to achieve utilization and efficiency targets.
Ensure program (internal/external) requirements are met, maintain Provincial College of Nurses’ or Association standards of practice, annual nursing licensing, and nurse certification (RN or RPN/LPN).
Travel as required throughout the assigned territory, including clinic visits for audits,



management meetings at head office, and teleconferences or web-based meetings.
Occasionally provide specialized infusion/injection therapies and nursing services to oncology, autoimmune, rare disease, and other therapeutic areas in outpatient clinics or homecare settings.
Execute key deliverables to maximize nursing operational imperatives, actively strengthening relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (Managers, Field Case Managers, Senior Managers, Directors, pharmaceutical and physician/clinic customers) to create and implement a team approach to service delivery and planning.
Organize and coordinate training for recent Field Nurses on departmental policies, clinical skills, procedures, and administrative tasks.
Provide front-line support to Field Nurses in clarifying nursing concerns, payroll concerns, vacation authorization, and scheduling issues, and review nurse timesheets and expenses for accuracy.
Complete incident reports and corrective action plans (CAPAs) as per company policy, ensuring continuous quality improvement and compliance with monthly, quarterly, and annual audits related to OCC/QA standards.
Perform related duties and tasks as required.
Experience and Educational Requirements BScN or equivalent, or working towards the degree. Registration with the College of Nurses in the province of employment is required.
CVAA certification is an asset.
BCLS/CPR required; ACLS optional or as required.
Minimum 5–7 years of nursing experience.
Minimum 2–5 years of management experience or experience managing a remote team, an asset.
Experience in nurse training & education.
Experience working with the biotechnical/pharmaceutical industry is an asset.
Availability and willingness to travel as per business need is a must.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office Programs.
Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset.
Excellent communication and administrative skills.
Hold and maintain a valid, non-expired, unrestricted driver’s license.
Minimum Skills, Knowledge, and Ability Requirements Excellent clinical skills as a nurse, including IV initiation, physical assessment, and autonomy.




Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Effective interpersonal and leadership skills.
Effective organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to consistently meet deadlines.
Excellent problem‑solving skills; ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
Proficient presentation skills.
