What you’ll do
Support the Captain in all phases of flight under company SOPs and TCCA regulations.
Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, weight & balance, and fuel planning.
Execute checklists, monitor systems, and manage radios to maintain situational awareness and CRM excellence.
Fly departures, enroute, and approaches under IFR as assigned, maintaining precise aircraft control and adherence to clearances.
Continuously assess weather, NOTAMs, and operational risks; escalate and mitigate in line with SMS and best practices.
Complete flight documentation accurately and on time while upholding a proactive safety culture.
Minimum & preferred qualifications
Licence: Valid TCCA CPL with IR and ME.
Medical: Class 2 (TCCA).
English Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
Record: No Transport Canada violations or suspensions.
Type Rating: Not required; training provided on the SW4.
Training Bond: Required unless you currently hold an SW4 type rating.
Work Eligibility:
Able to work without employer‑provided visa sponsorship.
Preferred experience
500 hours total time (preferred).
100 hours multi‑engine time (preferred).
Previous Metroliner (SW4) experience.
