We're looking for an experienced Landscape Maintenance Supervisor to lead multiple landscape maintenance crews while ensuring our commercial properties consistently exceed client expectations.

What You'll Do
As a Landscape Maintenance Supervisor, you'll oversee multiple commercial landscape maintenance crews while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supervising and supporting multiple landscape maintenance crews across various commercial properties

Coaching, mentoring, and developing Crew Leaders and team members

Scheduling work and allocating labour, equipment, and materials to maximize productivity

Performing regular site inspections to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met

Building strong relationships with clients and addressing questions or concerns professionally

Identifying enhancement opportunities and working with the sales and operations teams to develop solutions

Ensuring crews follow all company safety policies and procedures

Managing equipment usage and ensuring proper care and maintenance

Completing daily reports, site inspections,



production tracking, and other administrative responsibilities

Supporting recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of field employees

Assisting with snow and ice management operations during the winter season, including supervising crews during snow events

What We're Looking For

5+ years of commercial landscape maintenance experience

Previous experience supervising multiple crews or managing landscape operations

Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Experience managing client relationships in a commercial environment

Robust understanding of commercial landscape maintenance practices and equipment

Ability to identify problems, make decisions, and prioritize work in a rapid-paced environment

Valid G Driver's Licence with a clean driving record

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and digital reporting systems

Landscape Technician, Horticulture, or related education is considered an asset

Working Conditions

Outdoor work in a variety of weather conditions throughout the year

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Occasional overtime and travel between job sites as required

Participation in winter snow and ice management operations, including on-call responsibilities during snow events
