Are you passionate about cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence, generative AI, and ambient computing? The Amazon Alexa International team in Toronto is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the expansion of Alexa+ in Canada.
Key Responsibilities Define user needs and identify gaps, feature enhancements, and opportunities to grow the business
Define creative, high-quality, simple product roadmaps based on team strategy and vision
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market landscape, customer needs, and competitive dynamics in Canada across English and French locales
Develop detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories for product specifications and architecture
Translate strategic vision into actionable plans and lead cross-functional teams to execute on priority initiatives
Own the end-to-end customer experience for Alexa Canada across Echo, FireTV, and additional endpoints
Track launches through every step — from experience review and packaging approval, to beta testing, leadership presentations, and customer launch
Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance, and operational support load
Continuously monitor customer experience performance, identify gaps and improvement areas, and build improvement plans
Work closely with engineering teams and program management to deliver products to market




Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals
Basic Qualifications 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience owning technology products
Experience owning feature delivery and trade-offs of a product
French fluency is mandatory — must speak, write, and read fluently in both French and English
Preferred Qualifications Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
Experience influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with end-to-end product delivery
Compensation & Perks Base salary range: $115,800 – $193,400 CAD annually. Total compensation may include sign-on payments and RSUs. Benefits include health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, basic life and AD&D;), RRSP, DPSP, paid time off, and wellness resources.
