As a Project Administrator, you will support multiple construction projects by managing schedules, documentation, and communication. Reporting to the Program Manager, you will help ensure all project milestones are met efficiently and successfully, providing essential updates to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
• Track and manage Requests for Information (RFIs)
• Organize project files and maintain detailed records
• Prepare weekly updates and progress reports
• Assist with procurement activities and cost tracking
• Coordinate communication between project teams and clients

Requirements:
• Minimum two years of project administration experience
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with project management software is a plus
• Robust organizational and time management abilities
• Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence
