The Role: Associate, Corporate Finance
As an Associate, you'll support clients through every stage of the transaction process. Your work will include financial analysis, developing valuation and forecasting models, preparing confidential information memorandums (CIMs), reviewing financial statements, and identifying key business risks and opportunities.
You'll collaborate with clients, legal counsel, financial advisors,



and internal teams to help execute successful transactions while contributing to business development initiatives and delivering high-quality client service.
What You'll Bring
CPA designation completed or actively pursuing completion.
2-4 years of experience in public accounting, assurance, audit, or a related advisory environment.
Strong understanding of financial statements, GAAP, and financial analysis.
Experience with financial modelling, forecasting, or business analysis is considered a strong asset.
M&A;, transaction advisory, valuation, or due diligence experience is an asset but not required.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
