We're looking for an Auto Body Prepper/Painter with a minimum of two years in collision repair. Your primary duty will be ensuring quality finish and refinishing of vehicles while working closely with our dynamic team. We value ongoing training and provide the resources to aid your career development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Consistently apply the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plans
• Review and inspect body and prep repairs for quality
• Address deficiencies through proper sanding and polishing
• Prepare vehicle surfaces using various tools
• Accurately mix paint for perfect color matching

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of painting experience in collision repair
• Strong detail-oriented approach in work
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Own tools and valid driver’s license
