Job Description
Full-Stack Developer

In-office, full time position in Vaughan

Relevant education only

Probation period: 3 months

Salary range depending on experience: CAD$80-100K

About the role

A technology company working with North American SMEs is looking for a full-stack developer to join our team of Zoho solutions and custom software development experts. You'll design, build, test, and deploy custom code into robust, scalable cross-frameworks solutions — understanding how each piece fits the bigger system, not building in isolation. Your work will be boosted by the cutting-edge AI tools.

Main responsibilities

Translate business requirements into technical designs and code.

Understand and define solution architecture — application context, dependencies, integration patterns, etc.

Define data models and solutions data layer.

Integrate custom code with Zoho and other platforms via REST/SOAP APIs.

Lead solution deployment and CI/CD.

Use AI coding tools effectively. Strong self-education ability is a must.

Join client calls to clarify requirements directly.

Consult with PMs, BAs, and other developers rather than building in a silo.

Test, debug,



and document all custom development work.

Provide ongoing technical support to customers and consultants.

Requirements
Technical

Solid custom coding experience: frontend, backend and databases.

Proficient with REST/SOAP APIs integration, JSON.

In-depth experience with SQL and relational databases. BI/ETL is an advantage.

Understands software architecture: scalability, security, dependencies.

Hands‑on experience with Git, version control, coding standards, and documentation practices.

Proven experience in working with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

3-4 years of dev experience.

Nice to have: Zoho Deluge/Creator experience.

Communication

Comfortable on client calls, asking clarifying technical questions.

Works independently while proactively flagging dependencies/risks.

Strong self‑QA discipline — doesn't accept AI output at face value.

Self‑learning mindset to keep pace with evolving AI dev tools.

Manages multiple projects/timelines in a fast‑paced environment.
