In this critical position, you will engage directly with the VP Engineering to oversee capital projects and maintenance initiatives. Your expertise will facilitate the implementation of essential project management standards, tracking, and continuous improvement across our engineering systems. Your work will have a lasting impact on the reliability and performance of strategic marine infrastructure throughout Atlantic Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support standardized project management and quality practices.
• Assist in tracking and reporting on engineering projects.
• Manage long-range maintenance plans for vessels and terminals.
• Coordinate with Transport Canada on regulatory projects.
• Administer major project contracts and oversee documentation quality.
Requirements:
• Engineering degree or relevant experience in marine engineering.
• Background in managing technical projects essential.
• PMP certification or quality management experience considered an asset.
• Robust administrative skills in fast-paced settings.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications.
