As a key member of the Mental Health and Social Services team, you will engage with youth in the community, facilitating individual and group events. Your background in adolescent development and strong organizational skills will be essential as you collaborate with partner organizations to enhance available services for youth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement goal-focused support tailored for youth
• Conduct outreach and provide in-office services
• Facilitate group skill development events
• Collaborate with other youth-serving entities
• Manage community networking initiatives

Requirements:
• Social Services Diploma mandatory, Bachelor’s preferred
• One year of experience in social services required
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License essential
• Clear Criminal Records Check necessary
• Open to union membership with CUPE 606
