Reporting directly to the Business Unit Controller, you will own key components of the financial close and reporting cycle while leading and developing a team of Staff and Senior Staff Accountants. THE ROLE Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Development Directly supervise, mentor, and evaluate a team of Staff and Senior Staff Accountants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Assign and prioritize workloads to ensure timely completion of all accounting tasks and reporting deadlines. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and professional development planning for direct reports. Identify training needs and support career growth opportunities within the accounting team. Financial Close & Reporting Oversee and actively participate in the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established deadlines.
