Position Overview

Redhead Equipment Company offers an exciting career opportunity for a Heavy Duty Equipment Mechanic (Road) at our Swift Current branch. The role involves providing on‑site inspection, diagnosis, and repair services for a wide range of construction equipment utilizing a service truck. Journey person certification is required; those with similar experience at a dealership will be considered.

- Travel to various job sites as needed, working independently in the field
- Excellent problem-solving abilities

Ideal Candidates

- Journeyperson trade training in Heavy Duty Construction Equipment mechanics (4th year apprentices may be considered)




- Proven experience as a service technician in the construction equipment industry
- Mechanical and/or computerized diagnostic skills using OEM specific programs
- Proficiency reading and interpreting hydraulic and electric schematics
