Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a BilingualBanking Associate - Credit. This position offers an exciting chance to be involved in daily operational support, process credit applications, and collaborate with internal and external partners. The role involves managing volumes, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Pay rate range (CAD): $17.60/hr – $27.70/hr

Responsibilities

- Manage daily operational volumes and meet service timelines
- Ensure accuracy through strong attention to detail and quality control
- Exercise sound judgment and elevate issues appropriately
- Follow policies, procedures, and risk controls diligently
- Communicate clearly with internal partners and external solicitors
- Maintain consistent attendance and reliability
- Participate in fully onsite training for five days over the first three months
- Support day-to-day credit processing and small team/project leadership
- Adhere to established SLAs and contribute to operational efficiency

Desired Skill-Set

- Data entry experience with a minimum of 3 years
- Basic computer and MS Office skills




- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good judgment and ability to escalade issues as needed
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in banking and credit environments is highly preferred
- Bilingual in French is considered an asset

Nice to Have

- Prior banking experience
- Credit experience of 3+ years
- Bilingual proficiency in French
- Experience working in fast-paced operational support roles
