Dilawri Group in Ontarioislooking for anAccounts Payable Analyst to join the RegionalAccounting team at our Regional Office inMississauga.

Pay Rate: $40,000 - $50,000 annual salary

Responsibilities:

- Sorting,coding and data entry vendor and manufacturer invoices into CDK system
- Verifyand match invoices to purchase orders
- Processbi-weekly on-demand cheques
- Processmonthly cheque run
- Processmonthly business office remittances
- Reconcilevendor statements, manufacturer statements and credit card statements
- Reconcileelectronic transfer payments account
- Reconcilesublet and payables schedules




- Filing
- Otherduties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

- Haveworking knowledge of the accounting cycle
- AccountsPayable related experience
- Haveexcellent verbal and written communication skills
- Beextremely organized and detail-oriented
- Beself-motivated and pro-active
- Abilityto handle high volume of transactions within tight deadlines
- Abilityto work independently and as a team
- Strongknowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Positiveattitudes and a desire for continuous improvement for self and theorganization
- AutomotiveExperience would be an asset
- CDKexperience would be an asset
