Senior Manager, Internal Communications

You’re an experienced internal communicator who understands how to help employees make sense of what’s happening across an organization. You can turn complex information into clear, relevant and engaging communications that help people feel informed, connected and supported. Whether you're developing an internal communications strategy, writing a leadership message, preparing content for the intranet, supporting a town hall or using feedback and analytics to improve how we communicate, you bring a thoughtful, practical and collaborative approach.

Led internal communication strategies for enterprise-wide initiatives, organizational priorities, or high-impact projects.

Developed and executed employee-facing communication plans that help staff understand what is changing, why it matters and what they need to know or do.

Advised senior leaders and stakeholders on communications planning, messaging, employee engagement, and change communication.

Supported organizational change by helping employees understand, adopt, and engage with new initiatives and ways of working.

Used employee feedback, channel insights, analytics or other data to measure communication effectiveness and improve content,



channels and approaches.

Managed multiple communication projects at once, balancing competing priorities while meeting deadlines and business needs.

Coached, mentored, or provided guidance to colleagues or content contributors to strengthen content quality, channel use and stakeholder engagement.

Organized project lead who can move work forward while staying flexible as priorities shift.
